1. Return Policy Overview
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items. Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging. Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return.

- Unopened stationery and supplies
- Unused textbooks in original condition
- Defective or damaged items
- Wrong items shipped by error
- School bags and accessories (unused)
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom items
- Used or opened consumable supplies
- Items damaged by customer
- Items returned after 14 days
3. How to Return Items

Provide Details: Share your order number and reason for return
Authorization: Receive return authorization and instructions
Package: Pack items securely in original packaging
Return: Drop off at our Lagos location or arrange pickup
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Bank transfers may take 2-3 additional business days to reflect
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective items or if we shipped the wrong product. For size or color changes, please process a return and place a new order. Exchange shipping costs will be covered by BRICAMS for our errors.
6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective items:
- Contact us immediately upon delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged items
- We will arrange immediate replacement or full refund
- No need to return damaged items unless requested
7. Bulk and School Orders
Special return policies may apply to bulk orders and school institutional purchases. Please contact our sales team for specific terms and conditions for large quantity orders.
